I know by the way you see me like you never met someone like me before, the way your eyes lit up every time you watched me rambling about random things, when I smiled at you. Or when your eyes catch mine across the room.

I know by all the nights we had, talking about our dreams, fears, our deepest secrets and whispering prayers we won’t dare to say out loud. All the conversations that just ours.

I know by the way you told me about your family, all the weight in your back, in your head, and in your heart. All the scars that you called ugly. And I’d say you’re magnificent.

I know by all the places we went, places you said we shall go, just us. No one else. Places you think we both would like, places that suits for the people like us, “People who fall in love?” I add in my head.

I know by all the cups after cups, coffees at midnight, chasing cars, all the planes over our head.

I know by all the songs we shared, the one that whispering in your ears the most.
